Soundtracking Sundays is what The Brothers Grim do best, and this week sees Brother Mark and Brother Andrew reunite behind the decks at sleek and stylish Marina Botafoch restaurant ROTO Ibiza for the winter launch of their Hook, Line & Sinker event. The afternoon begins on the sun-drenched ROTO terrace, where the Roto Roast – a Mediterranean take on the British classic for just 35€ per person (excluding drinks) – is served from 1pm until 5pm, complete with a side of stunning views across the port to Dalt Vila, followed by postres and a party that continues well into the evening.

Joining The Brothers Grim are special guest DJs Pere Navarro – best known for his skills on the keys and trumpet but this Sunday taking you on a journey through his jazz-tinged, Latin-infused, house-influenced record box – and Nilüfer, whose obscure and eclectic mixes include Turkish folk, low-slung-pop, Balearic classics and beyond. Kick back with your crew, marvel at the sunset, soak up the soundtrack and make the most of the last long weekend of the holiday season here in Ibiza. Reservations for the Roto Roast are essential, but walk-ins are welcome for cocktails and a slice of the classic ‘roscoe de reyes’ (a special sweet treat to celebrate the arrival of the Three Kings).
