We Live On An Island Exhibition at Olas Gallery
Making waves in the seaside streets of Santa Eulalia is Olas Gallery – an exciting new venture by talented Ibiza-based photographer Sofia Gomez Fonzo. The stylish and contemporary gallery and boutique is dedicated to showcasing local art and deepening the connection between the creative island community and Ibiza lovers, whether they are island residents or visitors from all corners of the globe.
Open from 11am until 2pm, then again from 6pm until 9pm from Wednesday to Saturday, Olas Gallery invites one and all to drop in and check out its final collective multidisciplinary exhibition – curated by Sofia herself – of the 2025 season: We Live On An Island VOL 2, showing until September 27, 2025. Featuring works by Andrea Celestino, Clarissa Sofía, Jeremy Rice, Picky Paino and Valentina Usagi, the show is both a celebration and a statement on what it is to live on this beautiful little rock in the Mediterranean. Exploring the ideas of connection in a place sometimes defined by separation and expressing love for their island home, the artists play on the ever-changing moods of Ibiza through painting, photography, recycled art and collage as the transition to autumn begins.
