Every evening from 6pm, Sunset Rituals – on the terrace at Cone Club at 7Pines Resort – transforms into one of the island’s most soul-soothing twilight restaurants, boasting uninterrupted views across the Mediterranean Sea with Es Vedrá floating on the horizon on one side and Isla Conejera appearing on the other.
Cone Club is the place locals bring visiting friends to prove that the famous Ibiza sunset magic still exists. On the bohemian-styled terrace, you can comfortably kick back under the big blue sky and soak it all in, from the Balearic beats floating across the airwaves and colourful plates of tapas shared between friends to the sky filled with a kaleidoscope of colours that seem to melt into the sea. No two sunsets are ever the same – all the more reason to take part in the ritual again and again.
