Sunday mornings in Roca Llisa start slow, and honestly what more could you ask for on a Sunday as the island eases into the off-season? Tucked into the pine-covered folds of the east coast, Roca House has quietly become the go-to for Ibiza brunch with a lot of soul. It’s all about excellent food, mellow tunes and that familiar Sunday rhythm of good coffee, second helpings and conversations that stretch across the table and late into the afternoon.
The brunch menu is 55€ per person, and starts with sharing plates of fresh-baked bread; straciatella with strawberries, beetroot and pistachio; croquetas with tomato, parmesan and kale pesto; and a zesty ceviche, followed by a choice of chicken with mushroom curry and baby carrots; or skate wing with meunière sauce and finishing with a flourish of raspberry cheesecake. Add in a poolside seat and the occasional clink of cava, live musicians and a DJ and you’ve got a weekly ritual that’s equal part indulgence and Sunday essential.
