Summer 2025 sees one of the most beloved hangouts in the village of Santa Gertrudis continue to evolve. Founders and culinary masterminds behind Overall, Jorge Conde and Mónica Patiño, can’t resist the urge to keep creating. Known for their exceptional six-course (135€) or nine-course (220€) omakase menus, this local’s favourite now adds an à la carte option based on hand rolls, sushi à la minute and sharing dishes like gunkan, sashimi and donburi (rice bowl). All fish is wild caught in the Balearics and dry-aged in house.
Drinks-wise, Overall is known far and wide for its innovative and delectable beverages. With the addition of sake, natural wines and unique non-alcoholic tipples crafted from homemade ferments and sea water (try it!) plus a selection of single ingredient cocktails invented exclusively for the Nikka Whisky distillery, this Ibiza hotspot has elevated the art of drinking. Open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 8pm for dining or just drinks, walk-ins are welcome but reservations suggested.
