This September, countryside eatery A Mi Manera is treating island residents to a specially curated menu designed to celebrate the flavours of the season. Tucked away on the San Juan road, the restaurant’s lush garden and rustic farmhouse setting make the perfect backdrop for a leisurely evening of indulgence and fun with friends and family.
The menu begins with a selection of starters to share, including Italian artisanal cheeses and cold cuts; stracciatella cheesecake with garden tomatoes; Wagyu esplanade with Ibiza salt and rosemary; plus beetroot carpaccio dressed with Parmesan, walnuts and mustard vinaigrette.
