If Thoughts Become Things Exhibition by Karimah Hassan at In-Between Ibiza
British artist Karimah Hassan brings a bold new energy to the old town this season, unveiling her latest exhibition, If Thoughts Become Things, at the stylish Dalt Vila gallery space curated by Jessica Courtney, In-Between Ibiza. Created during the artist’s winter residency on the island, this immersive collection of 12 large-scale paintings reflects Ibiza’s dreamier side – not the parties, but the places that make you pause. Expect rich, colour-drenched canvases that draw you into a world shaped by memory, transformation and the emotional undercurrents of the island’s landscape.
Rooted in Karimah’s signature style – equal parts storytelling and cultural resonance – this body of work channels the soft light, spiritual texture and surreal beauty of the Ibiza that you only see when you truly take the time to look. Each piece is a moment of intuitive expression, connected by the magnetic pull of a place that has drawn creatives to its shores for decades. The exhibition is on show at In-Between Ibiza from Mondays to Saturdays between midday and 10.30pm, and Sundays from 6pm to 10.30pm until July 24, 2025, with private viewings also available on request.
