Farm-to-Table BBQ at The Farm by Six Senses Ibiza Farm
On Thursday evenings throughout the summer, the skilled culinary team from Six Senses Ibiza takes their kitchen (so to speak) on the road, firing up the grill for a farm-to-table feast at the resort’s dedicated farm, Can Tanca. The beautiful 12-hectare organic farm in in Santa Gertrudis is where each of the restaurants within the hotel source their fresh, seasonal fruits and veggies and it also makes the perfect location for an alfresco feast beneath the stars with friends.
Guests are invited to cool off in the pool before taking their seat in the garden – the perfect way to start the evening, connecting with the abundant nature around you. Then, kick back and enjoy a glass of local wine as you watch the chefs pile the barbecue high with the day’s harvest – straight from the earth to the grill and then onto your plate. As the sun starts to slowly set over the fields, they’ll also prepare a selection of tender grilled meats to serve alongside the array of veggies and side dishes – the authentic taste of Ibiza, served family style to your table.
